We will post a copy of our current notice at our office. The notice will contain the effective date on the first page, in the top right-hand corner.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through mandatory binding arbitration in Broward County, Florida, except where prohibited by law. The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator in accordance with the American Arbitration Association Commercial Arbitration Rules.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms & Conditions will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
- Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on our platforms, constitute the entire agreement between you and TLC Women’s Health Center regarding our services.
- Community Standards
Users of our services must adhere to our Community Standards, which prohibit:
- Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
- Sharing of explicit or violent content
- Impersonation of others
- Sharing false or misleading information
- Any illegal activities
Violation of these standards may result in content removal and/or account termination.
