Terms & Conditions for TLC Women’s Health Center:

TLC Women’s Health Center offers healthcare and other related services via various communication channels to enhance interaction with our patients and users.

“Messaging” includes, but is not limited to:

  1. Emergency Services

Our messaging channels are not for emergency use. For medical emergencies, call 911 or your local emergency services.

While we strive to provide accurate insurance information, it is your responsibility to verify your coverage directly with your insurance provider. We are not responsible for any discrepancies or changes in your insurance coverage.

Some of our services may utilize artificial intelligence technologies. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content should not be considered as professional medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TLC Women’s Health Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
(a) your use or inability to use our services;
(b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
(c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services;
(d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services;
(e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through our services.

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TLC Women’s Health Center, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from:

(b) your violation of any term of these Terms & Conditions;

(d) any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.

  1. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change this notice and make the new notice apply to Information we already have as well as any information we receive in the future. We will post a copy of our current notice at our office. The notice will contain the effective date on the first page, in the top right-hand corner.

  1. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms, is fraudulent, may harm other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

  1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through mandatory binding arbitration in Broward County, Florida, except where prohibited by law. The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator in accordance with the American Arbitration Association Commercial Arbitration Rules.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms & Conditions will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on our platforms, constitute the entire agreement between you and TLC Women’s Health Center regarding our services.

  1. Community Standards

Users of our services must adhere to our Community Standards, which prohibit:

  • Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
  • Sharing of explicit or violent content
  • Impersonation of others
  • Sharing false or misleading information
  • Any illegal activities

Violation of these standards may result in content removal and/or account termination.
