Is the $49 refundable
Yes. It is fully refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, or you can keep it as a credit for a future visit.
How fast will I see results?
While every client is different, typically by weeks 2–3, cravings and appetite usually fade. Around week 4 your blood sugar levels are typically stable. At 8 weeks most will have lost about 5–10% of their starting weight. At 12 weeks, around 10–15%. At 16 weeks and beyond its around 20% or more. Of course, sleep quality, red-light therapy, smarter food choices, and regular exercise can all significantly boost these results. On average, most of our patients reach their personal weight-loss goals within 3–6 months of starting the program.
Do I need to work out or go to gym
Exercise is optional, but it can dramatically speed up your results. Plus you’ll likely need an outlet for all the new-found energy you'll have during the program. Even light activity like walking or stretching helps your body burn fat more efficiently and enhances your overall mood and progress.
What if I have my labs or currently on weight loss medication?
If your labs are within 90 days and includes the results we need, we can use them and pass the savings on to you. No need to repeat unnecessary tests. And yes, we work with many clients who switch to us while already taking medications like Semaglutide or Tirzepatide. We even offer specials for those continuing their current treatments.
